New year wish list!

As the new year approaches (and the next lot of student loan comes in) their are a few products that i am dying to try! so here they are:

Mac Fix +

Now i have never used a setting spray but from the abundance of my makeup collections that i watch on youtube it seems this is the one that everyone uses! You can get it for £7.50 from Mac online and stores, i think for that price its well worth a try!

Benefit Porefessional

I have seen this product everywhere!!! It is always advertised on those adverts on websites that are based on what you look at (cookies i think) and well, the advertising has got to me. I do fing that their are some places on my cheeks that could really do with a bit of smoothing out but at £23 a tube i dont know if im that convinced. Maybe this is something that i need to find a good dupe for.

Elf cosmetics

Elf cosmetics (for any of you in the uk that dont know) are the american version of companies such as collection 2000 or MUA. They sell basic cosmetics but similar to collection 2000 they have some products that lot of beauty vloggers and bloggers love. So since my resent discovery of Elf UK i thought it was time to pop my elf cherry. Some products that i am really looking forward to trying including their all over stick, their consealer pallets, brushes and lip products. I shall put up a hall and reviews when i do my order)

Maybelliene colour tattoo eye shadow

This is another product that i have seen on every other persons my makeup collection videos, and many people seem to have multiples of these. so to me they look like something i should try. They go for £4.99 each in boots so i may pick up one some time to try out.

Brushes!

Now i must admit i am a cheep skate! I dont mind paying allot for things like foundation or foundation rushes but for an eye shadow brush i hate to pay even £5 for one. So i have been on a hunt! and cheep makeup brushes was my aim while also getting good reviews and were a decent quality. My search led me to Fraulein which i a led to believe is a german company which sells chinese exports. Their are an abundance of the Fraulein brush kits available from both Amazon and Ebay stating at less than a tenner. and the kits come with various amounts of brushes in different sizes. The set i have chosen is the Fraulein pro 31 pcs makeup brush set & black case. Now i think for £14.99 this is a good deal. And if the brushes are rubbish  well i have not wasted much money.

I will do reviews and all of these products if and when i get them.

And HAPPY NEW YEAR

December beauty favourites - First ever post!!

I thought i would start of with an easy one for my first post, my December beauty favourites. This month has been one for favourites as Christmas gave way to a few little teats that my normal student lifestyle wouldn't allow. So here we go!

Number one: Mac stipple brush (187)

Now i have been through my fair share of foundation brushes trying every shape and size all having their problems. After resigning myself to a sponge for a while i decided enough was enough. I looked around for this brush as it goes for £32 from mac! but i managed to get this on Ebay for around £7. Anyway, i love it, my foundation goes on well, not to thick or streaky and is good for blending it in.

Number two: Sleek i-Devine eyeshadow palette in ultra matts V2

This is the second sleek pallet that i own and i have used it every single day since i got it! i am so in love with the red shade (Maple) for in my crease and the white as a highlighter in the corner of my eye. They have great staying power on top of my eye primer. And their just £7.99 from superdrug. LOVE!

Number three: Mac mineralize skin finish in soft and gental.

So santa brought me this so it is reasonably new but its not often that i get mac products and usually then its their only lip product's or foundation. But this means i have stepped into their powder range and oh boy am i hooked! I have used this every day since i have got it, i use it as a highlighter along the top of my cheek bones and on the bridge of my noes and it really gives me a glow on these dull days.

Number four: Lip balm

In England its cold and raining alllll the time! Here lip balm and i now have to have one in my pocket all the time. Im really into the ones that imitate sweets from Primark for just a few pounds, they really stay on your lips for a good while.

Number five: MUA £1 Blushes

I had one of these lying in the back of my blush draw for ages (shade 4) and in an effort to make some room i thought i would try and use it up but instead i loved it and brought all 6 that are available. I love them, the colour is very pigmented and last all day on your cheeks. The range of colours in great too! totally worth the £6 i payed for all of them (at superdrug)
